Our Story
Meet one of the owners of Silhouette, Jessica Lesley.
Jessica has lived in Madison for the past 25 years, but Mississippi is the 7th state she’s lived in. She attended Madison Central High School then Mississippi College, where she majored in marketing. In 2004, she married the love of her life, Richi. They have two boys, Mason and Wylie, along with two large doodles.
Jessica and her family are active members of Pinelake Church. Her hobbies include working out, drinking coffee, shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and her pups.
Although she lives in a house full of men, she loves all things girly, especially fashion. While working as a personal stylist, Jessica
spent many years helping women find their unique style. This has led her to finally opening her own boutique along with her partner, Michelle Johnston. She is so thrilled to start this new chapter in her life!
Meet our other owner Michelle Johnston!
Michelle grew up in Desoto County, Mississippi. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in vocal performance from Judson College, a small women’s college in Marion, Alabama.
In 1996, she married Greg Johnston, a lifelong resident of Madison County. Michelle and Greg have two boys, Gregory and Harrison.
Michelle has always had a passion for singing. She often sings in weddings, funerals, and at other special events. She also has served in the choir and praise team at Broadmoor Baptist Church where she and Greg have been members for 26 years.
Michelle’s love of all things beautiful lead her to form Moreau Design Group in 2011. Through this business she enjoys helping others make their homes and offices a better reflection of themselves. She also enjoys curating fashion, jewelry, and accessories for clients and friends. Along with singing and her design business, Michelle also enjoys playing tennis, snow skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She hopes Silhouette will be the perfect way for her to continue to help others develop their own style and in turn feel more confident about the person God created them to be!
