Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Shop Silhouette. However, we understand if you don't love your item or need to return your purchase. For purchases ONLINE and IN STORE, we offer 7 days return for a full refund or 14 days for store credit. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for a return. 

If you live local to the Madison, Mississippi area, we offer a free drop off option, just DM us on Instagram @shopsilhouettems for the drop off location!

Items must be in perfect condition and unworn to be accepted for return. 

We do offer exchange on purchases, just DM on Instagram or email us at shopsilhouettems@gmail.com to organize.
